or modeling industry. According to the Company, before
signing, all applicants are advised they are not an
agency, so they will not book you directly, they do not
form any special relationships with agencies, nor do they
have legal affiliation with any agencies, the chances of
becoming a superstar in this industry are slim, even
getting regular work as a model is difficult, and
modeling is a tough business there is no guarantee of
success.
Edge Talent is a database of atheletes who for a fee, and
a monthly charge, can have their stats, grades, test
scores and college preferences posted on the Edge Talent
website. Scouting franchises are also available for
purchase.

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory
record with the Bureau due to a pattern of complaints
concerning misrepresentation in selling practices,
including that the consumer is being selected to be on
the Company's website and the Company's representatives
convey a sense of urgency, specifically, a decision must
be made immediately or lose the chance to be listed with
the company for another year. Complaints request refunds.
The company has responded to most complaints presented by
the Bureau, however, some complaints closed as unresolved
or unanswered.
Recently the company told the BBB that a three-day right
to cancel was put into effect, however consumers are not
clear if the three days starts on the day of the open
call or the day they receive the phone call from the
company and provide payment information.
The Bureau strongly advises getting a copy of the
company's cancellation and refund policy in writing
before providing a payment, a checking account or credit
card number.
